CAD files for the iPhone 16 Pro have emerged online, offering consumers a glimpse of Apple’s future flagship.

Images also suggest it could be bigger than the iPhone 15 Pro

According to tech news site 91mobiles, After its September event, Apple is anticipated to release the iPhone 16 series. Although the iPhone 16 series is expected to be incremental, it appears to be getting a new button like its predecessor. Apple introduced the Action Button iPhone 15 Pro last year. A familiar design language and extra button on the right side of the iPhone 16 Pro are shown in exclusive CAD renders obtained by 91mobiles.

First iPhone with Titanium frame was iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max. Round edges and narrower bezels were other design improvements. The iPhone 16 Pro will use this design language, albeit with several alterations.

CAD renders shared with 91mobiles by industry insiders reveal the rumored “Capture Button” below the power button. Capacitive touch functionality on the button should allow focus and zoom adjustments and photo and video recording. The Action Button may also grow.

The device’s dimensions were also revealed to 91mobiles. With a 6.1-inch display, the iPhone 16 Pro will measure 149.6×71.4×8.4mm. Compared to the iPhone 15 Pro (146.6x 70.6×8.25mm), the iPhone 16 Pro is somewhat taller, broader, and thicker. The length and width statistics match MacRumors. Previous leaks, smaller bezels, and new specifications suggest a 6.3-inch display panel.

iPhone 16 Pro keeps the camera bump.

The camera bump will follow the iPhone 11 Pro series’ design language. Based on our CAD, recent leaks featuring a different fidget spinner-like camera bump may be erroneous. The future phone has three cameras, LiDAR, a microphone, and a flash.

The iPhone 16 Pro may have a 5X tetraprism telephoto camera like its older sister. The iPhone 15 Pro has a 3X telephoto lens instead, but more space allows this. A 48MP Ultra-wide camera for Pro versions is another camera improvement. The smartphone may also have new colors. A 3,355mAh battery pack was leaked last year.
